[Parted-maintainers] Bug#642545: python-parted: built only for Python 2.7

Justification: renders package unusable

python-parted contains only modules built for Python 2.7, which is not 
the default version in Debian:

$ dpkg -c python-parted_3.6-3_i386.deb | grep python2../$
