Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
Trying to create partition via 'mkpart' with negative START value 
without specyfying optional FS-TYPE.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
parted -a none -s -- /dev/vda mkpart flags_backup -4M -6177s
or with interactive mode:
(parted) mkpart flags_backup -4M -6177s

   * What was the outcome of this action?
Partition is not created with failure message:
 parted: invalid token: -4M
 Error: Expecting a file system type.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
Partition is created.
