[Parted-maintainers] Bug#969129: FAT32 partitions smaller than 512M should be allowed (update to 1.1.0!)

It is very common to have small FAT32 partitions in EFI use, but
fatresize is currently disallowing these to be smaller than 512M. The
upstream has already fixed the problem in version 1.1.0.[1] Please get
it into the unstable-testing-backport pipeline.
