With quite a bit delay, but https://debbugs.gnu.org/50168 was eventually 
created. And I just received a message that it was closed.
Personally, I think the 'explanation' is ridiculous.
So if partition 3 ends at '60mib' and the 4th starts at that, which is imo 
what most/normal people would do, it is expected to fail.
But I'm glad he explained the error message ...

Also he mentioned 'MiB' while it appears that that is a crucial distinction 
wrt 'mib' (and is where the forwarded bug report is about).


Maintainers: afaic you're free to close the bug as I doubt very much the issue 
will receive an appropriate fix.
