Well, at least the C header is parsed by cpp in that case and not a less
capable imitation written in Perl...
In any case, <sysexits.h> is a trivial list of constants with a good use
case, and I don't think it makes things any worse than they currently are.
I'll add it for the next upload unless somebody (Brendan?) objects.
