Scheduling Perl 5.10.1

Hi release team,

I believe perl 5.10.1-2 in experimental is ready for sid and hopefully
squeeze too. The problems I found in my rebuild tests can be seen at

and are mostly trivial test suite issues that don't affect sid
usability.

The only packages I'm aware of that actually break at run time are
libtest-tap-model-perl+libtest-tap-htmlmatrix-perl, and removal is a
valid option for those.

Do you have any preference about the timing of the sid upload wrt.
other transitions or shall I just go ahead and do it?
