Bug#390442: segfault (double free?) after deleting from hash during adding a new element

Since (at least) perl 5.10.0, this situation is now caught and handled
slightly better than segfaulting:

chrisb at crispylappy:~$ perl /home/chrisb/390442.pl
panic: attempt to copy value meh to a freed scalar 19b0d48 at /home/chrisb/390442.pl line 9.

I suspect we can consider this bug fixed in perl 5.10.
