Yeah, it's supposed to be -1 of course. Don't know how I managed to miss that.

I suppose so. I didn't want to be invasive so I started with just 5.14.
I don't (currently) intend to change the tool very much, so forking it
shouldn't a big problem.

Cherry-picking or git-am'ing d45717194e148df04d418 first is probably
the nicest way to do it wrt. future merges.

The alternative is to keep it outside the perl package in a separate
repository, but I kind of like the current setup. Running it from
debian/rules should help fighting bit rot as there's an incentive to
keep it working.
