scheduling 5.10.1-18

Hi,

I plan to upload 5.10.1-18 in the next day or two. The changes are
minimal:

- updates to Provides/Conflicts/Replaces for two dual-lived modules
- addition of a GCC 4.5 patch taken from Ubuntu's 5.10.1 package
  (and identical to what's already in our 5.12.3 package)
- doc update
- lintian error override
- include BSD-style license text (fixes lintian warnings)

but if anyone has any concerns about any of that, or notices any
problems in the repo before upload, please shout.
