failed armel build of perl 5.14.2-1

it looks like the gcc ICE causing this failure might be fixed between
gcc-4.6_4.6.1-9 and gcc-4.6_4.6.1-11. Could you please upgrade gcc on
the buildd and try again?

Rationale: the same ICE was also seen on mipsel with perl from unstable,
and both systems have gcc-4.6_4.6.1-9. All the successful builds I've
reviewed were done with a newer gcc, most notably experimental/mipsel
and unstable/armel.
