Git repo for squeeze

At the last security upload, I didn't use topgit (due to some problems
I now cannot recall) so moved to the non-topgit branch:

http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=perl/perl-squeeze.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/non-topgit

There is therefore no reason to keep using that separate repo for
squeeze, so I've merged last year's changes into 

http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=perl/perl.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/squeeze

and recommend that we use that instead in future. I expect to push
some updates there soon.
