Scripting a bit on lintian.debian.org gives 104 source packages with
more than one Makefile.PL file. 59 of those are arch:any; I can't
imagine how the proposed patch could affect arch:all packages.

So if those 59 packages still build with the patch, I think
it's good enough to go in unstable.

Not sure how soon I can get them tested, so I'm attaching just
the list for now.
