After sleeping on this and not having come up with anything better,
I'm going ahead with the unversioned conflict. 
 
I see Jonas already uploaded new versions of the above problematic
packages (thanks!), with the dependencies in sid now preferring the new
perl core packages.  So the installability problem should be solved.

I think we need to remove libscalar-list-utils-perl altogether.
I'll file a separate bug on that soon.
