Thanks, confirmed. Also confirmed that this is new for perl 5.18.
Around half of the archs are affected. No changes in the packages that
I think could account for this, but maybe umasks are no longer as
consistent on the buildds as they were. We should presumably sprinkle
a umask invocation in debian/rules.
