Bug#820500: libperl5.22: Please migrate manual ldconfig calls to "activate-noawait ldconfig" triggers

Hi,

The libperl5.22 package has manual calls ldconfig in the maintainer
scripts.  Please replace these with a "activate-noawait ldconfig"
trigger instead (per [1]).
