Thanks. Copying the debian-hurd list. This looks like
https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=116127
which was about ext2/ext3 on Linux not recording fractional seconds. The
"fix" of parsing /proc/mounts seems fragile at best...
Patches for fixing this on Hurd would be welcome, and I expect upstream
to be receptive as well.
