Just to be clear, this is in Compress-Raw-Zlib that has already 
(according to https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=119762)
been fixed in 2.74, which is already in blead and perl 5.26 (which is
in experimental).

I'm not convinced that we need to spend time on fixing this for 5.24
given where we are in the release cycle, but this will depend on
when the zlib maintainer (Cced) plans to update to a newer zlib.
