Random notes:
- IO::Uncompress::AnyUncompress is in both perl-modules-5.36 and
  libio-compress-perl.
- From a quick look at libio-compress-perl I don't see any recent
  relevant changes.
- I note that for de/compressing xz files libio-compress-lzma-perl is
  needed, which is only Suggested by libio-compress-perl (and
  Recommended by apt-cacher)
