I have just uploaded perl/5.40.1-6+deb13u1 with no changes to the debdiff
I attached earlier. So I'm removing the moreinfo tag.

Gregor has uploaded the related packages now. As per above, I am marking
this as blocked by the others, to indicate that perl should not be
accepted without accepting all of these first:

  libhttp-tiny-perl
  libio-compress-perl
  libsocket-perl
  libmodule-cpants-analyse-perl
