As I was asked on IRC, I will clarify what I would like with this bug.

Broken symlinks detection works fine. However, broken symlinks aren't
severe problems. Currently, when piuparts detects a broken symlink, it
stops testing the package. It would be more useful if it simply reported
it, and continued testing the package.
