But when the package is build, those libraries need to be installed?! So a 
lintian run directly after the built would catch it too. Or? I think that 
would be useful to report error before they hit the archive :-) Even though 
an archive wide lintian run probably wouldn't.

And yes and still, such a piuparts test would also be useful. Patches 
welcome :-)
