[Piuparts-devel] Bug#546540: piuparts: Report inconsistent update-rc.d calls?

Recently, update-rc.d started checking the init.d script headers and
report a warning if the command line arguments do not match the
header.  Here is a recent example:

  update-rc.d: warning: ekeyd-egd-linux start runlevel arguments (2 3 4 5) do not match LSB Default-Start values (S)
  update-rc.d: warning: ekeyd-egd-linux stop runlevel arguments (0 1 6) do not match LSB Default-Stop values (none)

These are probably bugs in the packages calling update-rc.d (in this
case #546462), which should be reported and fixed.  Perhaps something
for piuparts to detect and track?
