Why? "install, remove, install, upgrade, remove, purge" should never catch 
less errors then "install, upgrade, remove, purge" ?!

As I see it, the only thing we need to make sure is, that these new tests 
don't catch _too many_ of these errors, making the more important once less 
visible. But then, these errors are pretty important I'd say and I also don't 
expect too many to show up. 

Other thoughts?
