Current situation: bindmount content is included in the tarball. Tarball
is extracted and bindmounts are applied on top of it, so this is useless
data in the tarball that gets shadowed. If --one-file-system does not
catch it, it does no harm because nothing changes compared to current
behaviour.
--one-file-system does catch /proc.
