This run adds the total number of reverse dependencies for blocking
packages. This view gives an idea of what the upcoming big blockers
may be (e.g. libhttp-date-perl). There are a surprising number of
packages which are blocking a pending piuparts test for every package
which depends on them.

libreadline6, which was collecting 400 newly blocked packages per
week, has over 7000 reverse dependencies.
