Hi,
sometimes it is possible that a package that was initially available in
the chroot (e.g. by adding it in a post_setup script) gets removed
during the installation/upgrade process of the packages-to-be-tested
(e.g. if they have conflicts/breaks/replaces that are to be tested).
For the final comparison of the chroot state it is necessary to
reinstall them, otherwise there will be removed files being reported,
failing the test.
