[Piuparts-devel] speeding up piuparts-report and some more new patches

Hi,

a few new branches are available for review. They have not been tested
in the submitted form (but worked fine in a slightly different uncleaner
implementation)

feature/packagedb/has_package
  a new method to query the package db for existence of a package ...
preview/report-obsolete-logfiles
  ... that is used here
  TODO: how should we handle the obsolete logfile?
        move to archive/$state/$log?
preview/report/speedup-maintainer-summaries
  a lot of time is spent writing and reading and rewriting the
maintainer templates ... information that can better be collected in memory.
