I checked only this package:

postinst:

    if [ -x /usr/bin/texhash ]; then
        if [ -e /usr/share/texmf/ls-R ]; then
            texhash
        fi
    fi

...and it is not in the #DEBHELPER# section -> not our fault.

I'm afraid we have to examine package by package to see whO#t fault
it is.
