[Piuparts-devel] circular depends

Hi Holger,

do we really need the circular-depends state (and known_circular_depends
setting) for piuparts? There is already code to detect and break the
loops, shouldn't this be sufficient to solve the loops by breaking them
at arbitrary positions?
That way we could stop updating the list of circular dependencies ...
there are already other people taking care of detecting the loops and
filing bugs about them.
