    speedup detect_well_known_errors

    cache the output of ls -tr1 (once for all packages)
    use grep to extract information for the current package
    this is much faster than running ls for each package

    simplify/cleanup detect_well_known_errors

    merge the loops, reduce verboseness, skip missing sections
    remove the 'unknown failures' report if it's empty
