piuparts.git fixes

Andreas Beckmann (7):
      ignore added/modified/removed files under /run
      avoid irritating newline in logfile
      do not propagate the circular-dependency state
      unset DISPLAY
      read output remaining after command terminated
      fix scope of chdir
      correctly split comma+space separated lists

The 5th (read output remaining after command terminated) hopefully fixes
the incorrect failures on piatti
(reschedule everything in the 'diversions' or 'more force' reports)
