Hi Holger,

mainly some cleanup and documentation updates are in

piuparts.git documentation

      whitespace cleanup
      changelog updates
      document piuparts.conf settings used by piatti.git scripts
      restore the original order of the states
      support version number substitution in *.py

Now that I have properly documented them, I can cleanup my old branches :-)
