One more template, I started doing testing->sid updates yesterday and
filed 2 of these bugs so far :-)

You should consider doing these on piatti as well - initialization is
quite quick because you can copy pass/*.log from wheezy. We are only
interested in packages that have a different version in sid, so only
about 4000 packages need to be tested initially and afterwards all the
daily sid updates need to do this test, too.

This should help catching rename-without-replaces before the packages
enter testing.
