[Piuparts-devel] packages obsoleted by perl 5.14 but remaining is sid

Dear Perl Maintainers,

there are several *-perl packages that are obsoleted by perl 5.14 and
were removed from testing accordingly:

http://release.debian.org/britney/hints/jcristau
# 20111118; done 20111121
# obsoleted by perl 5.14
remove libtime-piece-perl/1.20-2 libparent-perl/0.224-1
libextutils-cbuilder-perl/0.280202-2 libautodie-perl/2.10-2
libextutils-parsexs-perl/2.220600-1

But these packages are still remaining in unstable, are now
uninstallable and cause piuparts errors when they are being tested:

(if URLs don't work, switch /fail/ and /untestable/)

Shouldn't these three be removed from unstable?
