    rename piatti_README.txt => README_piatti.txt

    * fix some more obsolete piatti.git references
    * link to the current README and config from piatti branch


There are two FIXME regarding piatti.git in piuparts-report.py
Not that the repositories have been merged, these can be resolved.
(I won't look into this)
