It gives you more rope to hang yourself. It has potentials for errors 1.0 
doesnt have. And: we dont need any 3.0 feature, so why bother?

configure your ~/.devscripts appropriatly (and then use debuild or git-
buildpackage)

yes, but it's run for every upgrade... thats why.

how about moving this to another branch so that one day we might maybe merge 
this one? Adding more and more stuff on top of this branch makes it more and 
more unlikely :(
