[Piuparts-devel] using a different usertag for upgrade problems

Hi,

I think we should switch to using a different usertag for upgrade
releated problems detected by piuparts. This should simplify automatic
processing of logs (and allow automatic version bumping of install-only
problems). Of course there may be bugs tagged with both usertags.
I propose to use
    Usertag: piuparts-upgrade
