[Piuparts-devel] pull: for-holger - change master default log-file, expiring recycled logfiles

      p-m: set default logfile to $SECTION/master.log
      expire logfiles marked for recycling after some time
      p.conf: reduce reschedule-fail-days and set expire-*-days
      p.conf: use reschedule-old-count=0 to disable recycling pass/
      p.conf: slowly recycle squeeze

the first two are the actual code changes, the following three some
proposed config changes for piatti - take as much as you want

if you want to switch to the default master log-file, just delete all
log-file lines from the .conf files
