      p: add --extra-deb-source option

The name of this option can still be changed :-)

The difference to --local-repo (or however we will call it, and maybe we
should use something consistent) is that the extra-deb-sources will be
enabled always, while the local-repo will be used only when
installing/upgrading *to* the packages to be tested (and not while
installing the old version we want to upgrade *from*)
This does not make a difference for the install-purge test, but for
upgrade and distupgrade tests.
