      lib/db: get_package(): add flag resolve_virtual
      p-r: gracefully handle missing binary packages
      p-r: properly report version of binary packages

This should be merged *before* feature/section-command (which is
currently not rebased on develop, but was extended by two patches from
the "preview" section - generating a regular merge commit for that long
branch would be ok and should not produce conflicts at the moment).
