I noticed similar problems when I only included one deb.
i.e. I tried:
piuparts -m "http://http.debian.net/debian/" -d stable
../django-filter_0.6-2_all.deb
and it says everything is ok, despite the fact the dependencies cannot be
satisfied, and it couldn't actually configure the package.
