thats not reproducible on 
https://piuparts.debian.org/testing2sid/source/p/piuparts.html so I just raise 
the severity to important, while failing to upgrade usually is a serious 
problem.

Also I don't get it, as python is + was installed, so the dependencies should 
be fine?!

-> More investigation needed later.
