      master: get rid of monitor-slave directory

I'm not really sure what to do with the monitor-slave directory, but for
now I'd vote for getting rid of it (with above patch). This has no use
for the master, especially if master and slave are separated.
Latewr we can implement something working for the slave ... if we know
what we want.

If you ACK it, you can pull it (it's on top of the previous fix).
