I should mention that there is the line

PROBLEM_DIR = os.environ['HOME'] + "/bin/known_problems"

in the code. I run a stock install - that line is modified in my test branch.

PROBLEM_DIR will need to default to
/usr/share/piuparts/master/known_problems/ to clear the 0.50 TODO
list.
