      move detect_{slave_problems,stale_mounts,tmp_cruft} to slave-bin
      run detect_{slave_problems,stale_mounts,tmp_cruft} from slave crontab

That is work in progress, starting and monitoring the slave(s) needs to
reworked. (This will probably break starting and monitoring as it is
currently done on piatti - I do this manually).
