[Piuparts-devel] Broken Symlinks as Errors

Here's a breakdown of the packages stats for sid sections which differ only
in the handling of the broken_symlinks known problem.

There are currently about 5000 packages tagged with broken symlinks. About
10% of these 'issue' packages move to failed-testing when broken symlinks
are elevated to 'error' status. The rest move to dependency-failed-testing.

Half of the blocked packages contain only broken symlinks introduced by
three packages in the error list - python-support, dictionaries-common, and
vlc-data.
