integration with piuparts-report. It is not intended for inclusion.
Keep or delete at your discretion.

This is referenced in 699059, now merged into 615034, but is not
currently in good enough shape. It should be replaced by someone
running git mode.

I needed this when working out why the rdep calculation wasn't driving
the dependency-failed-testing count to zero fast enough. Piuparts
didn't it when packages mounted binfmt under /proc, and continually
retested them. 6c4e1244 was needed to get a deterministic result. It
looks like this is obsolete - jarwrapper is passing now, so delete.
