Even if most of them passed, they should be all recycled since we
changed their test environment.

Many of the database using packages ignore errors accessing the
database, but having a db available allwos testing them a bit more ...
passing the test if no db server is available is not an interesting
result if it otherwise fails due to an sql error initializing the database
