Bonjour

Je me nomme Jean-Philippe Guenez et Je suis de nationalité Française 
aujourd'hui âgé de 64 ans J'ai fait 35 années de ma vie à Bamako(Mali), 
avec la situation qui prévaut ici la vie devient monotone.
  J'ai été dans plusieurs domaines d'activité notamment la filière du 
coton mais aussi un peu plus bas dans l'Ouest-africain ou j'ai été 
revendeur de produit agricole café cacao.
  Ayant pris de l'âge et l'état de santé vraiment médiocre j'ai décidé 
de rentrer pour une fin de vie paisible, malheureusement je suis 
confronté à un énorme souci face au rapatriement de mes biens.
Je m'explique, avec la nouvelle loi je devrais payer 40% du montant 
comme taxation applicable pour tout transfert venant de l'étranger.
Alors je dis non, parce que cela représente beaucoup après avoir pris 
conseil auprès d'un notaire, celui-ci m'a dit que la meilleure solution 
qui m'imposait était de trouver une personne ayant des vertus morales 
mais aussi de bonne foi après arrangement préalable et de lui faire don 
de mon argent, vu qu'il n'y a aucune taxe prélevée sur une donation.
  C'est pourquoi je me tourne vers vous afin que vous m'aidez, en retour 
je suis prêt à vous rémunérer 10% du montant en remerciement et en gage 
de ma bonne foi.

I was dealer agricultural produce coffee and cocoa. Having the age and 
state of health really poor I decided to go for a peaceful end of life, 
unfortunately I'm facing a huge concern facing the repatriation of my 
property. Let me explain, the new law would charge 40% of the amount as 
tax applicable to transfers from abroad. So I say no, because it is a
