For 0.50 I'd like to get two more of my larger branches ready (they
complement each other so it's only one larger feature):
* distros.conf
* dependency_databases

They have been "in production use" for a long time, just need changelog
polishing.

This would allow other piuparts users to actually do more complictaed
things like lenny->squeeze->wheezy.

What would be the best package to ship distros.conf?
This is a conffile and will be used by master, slave, report and
piuparts, so only piuparts-common seems sensible (piuparts will need a
Depends: piuparts-common for using piupartslib anyway).

We should look into improving end user documentation and examples, too.

And I'd like to see this running on piatti a bit longer and with at
least one partial distribution - what about experimental?
And maybe lenny2squeeze reactivated ...

And thereafter let's revisit sort-issues-by-rdep for early 0.51
